edubuntu-fonts software package provides Additional fonts included on a default Edubuntu system, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install edubuntu-fonts
edubuntu-fonts is installed in your system.
Make ensure the edubuntu-fonts package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep edubuntu-fonts *
You will get with edubuntu-fonts package name, version, architecture and description in a table
